Dear Health Conscious Reader,

My name is Wavell "Doc" Darville.  You've probably never heard of me before, unless you live in my patrol area. But after today I hope that's going to change.

I'm a 62 year old police officer in a beachside town in South Florida.

Almost immediately we got to talking about health and fitness -- because let me tell you for a man of 56 he's in amazing shape. Actually he was in great shape for a man of any age.

I was so impressed after hearing what he had to say that I ended up spending $1000 a month for private consultations. It was a ton of money on a police officers salary but I really needed help.

One Saturday morning on my lunch break I happened across an antique bookstore. While sifting through a few old military texts I found a copy of an amazing book. It was an old training manual for one of the world's most elite military fighting units.

forget the first day. It took me only 13 minutes to complete them - the time flew by - yet I had the best pump of my life.

Better yet I had a warm, energized positive feeling afterward that lasted all day. The book said that doing these once a day would burn off fat from my body like nothing else - and I would feel it happening.

It was so easy I never even thought about missing a workout. There were no weights involved so I could do them anytime any place.
